My Challenger does not yet have the proper registration in my country. After finishing restoration I will have to go to authorities who will turn the car upside-down and inside-out. In the departement in which I live they don't like old cars, and don't like big V8 engines. "all guzzlers, just buy a toyota, it's cheaper" This is why I needed to know. After being granted a full registration, of course, no one ever checks again.
I'm hoping for the ralley-rims of cc-member Dutch, (he's not sure to get rid of them yet) these are legal. If he does want to say goodbey, I will take them and have them on the car during the inspection. I like the ralley wheels anyway, so i might use them on the street while burning cheap tyres, and mount the welds for good cruising.
