70 challenger rt 383, my fan is off centered ? is yours

my fan is off centerd it it a 5 blade factory fan i think, sitts over to the passenger side more. is this correct, have factory 22 inch radiator, no shroud yet

Chryslers have the whole drivetrain offset (engine, trans, driveshaft) to the right.  This makes room for the steering gear.

then how does shroud work, fan sits past the rad on passenger side, it is an 18" fan should i drop down to a 16" fan for shroud to work

I have a factory 383 4 spd rad and shroud. Also a factory thermal clutch fan. I think 18.5  and it all fits like it should. The shroud has an offset built in it
