I think it's important to tie everything together (e.g. for BacardiCBR with his blue with black stripe Cuda, black calipers were the perfect choice).  If your car was all black, I'd say black.  But since you're doing the red stripe on the side I think the red calipers will tie in to the stripe and look sweet.
