Mopar Nationals Aug 8-9-10, 2008

We can meet again during the show sometime.  Friday night the cruising is on Brice Rd. Saturday night, the place to be is on Hebron Rd. for the big Heath Cruise.  We can once again get together for a quick bite at Stacy's Homestyle Buffet around 6:00 PM. That will give us time to get a good spot to watch or cruise the cruise.   The cruise stops at 10 PM. You can still cruise Hebron but the police don't allow burnouts on the street after 10.   My Hotel seems to have some kind of Burnout contests till at least 12. We stay in the Quality Inn in Heath, right next to the cruise area.  The back parking lot seems to have alot of smoke at all times.

Rob I'll try and make it to the buffet this year as time slipped away from me last year and I never made it. I'll just have to figure out where it's at when I get there. Are you going up on Thursday again this year and when are you leaving Saint Louis? Right now everyone else in my regular group has backed out and will not be going this year. I can't see not going after not missing a Mopar Nationals event since 1985.

  I got the family radio out so I won't forget it. Will leave my house around 6:00 AM and will go north on route 4 and hook up with I-70. Will go east from there and see how log it takes you to catch up to me. How many are in your group heading to the Nats?

UH SO "THEY" ALLOW BUNOUTS BEFORE 10 P.M......SAWEET...IS THE TURNOUT AS GOOD AS BRICE ROAD?

It has got to be just about as big as brice road but the town wants us there and they let the burnouts happen as long as it does not get out of hand. No 60 second burnouts and don't drive down the street at 55 mph.

well my motel room is already booked on brice, so i will probably stay there on friday and swing by on satuday. Of course my cuda is still in pieces so I will be driving incognito...LOL   whats the best way there from the nationals.

Go out any gate A-E, which is most of them except the back gate and go left. Keep going till you hit 79 (Hebron Rd)
Go Left till you see the Best Buy store. That is the heart of the cruise.  If your are going to meet us for the Buffet at 6PM, you will pass Stacy's Buffet on the way to Best Buy. Both ar on the left.    MapQuest it.
