OK, here's the deal. I just found out that my 70 440-6 Cuda came from the factory with magnum 500 wheels, I remember checking the codes many years ago and "thought" it came with Rallye's. It also had correct date coded Rallye wheels with it when I bought the car back in the mid 80's. Not to mention I bought it from the second owner and he remembered seeing the car since almost new and it always had Rallye wheels. Since I plan to add the vinyl top and luggage rack that originally came on it, should I go ahead and stick some magnums on it also? Thing is, I have always liked dog-dish and rallye wheels better than magnums on an E-body (I like them on everything except E-bodies). Anyway, I have sets of steel wheels with dog-dish hubcaps, 15" rallye's and NOS period correct Motor-Wheel flys for the occasional jaunt down the dragstrip. Do I really need another set of wheels? Oh well, wheels are like sex, you can't ever have enough
. So post up some Cuda's with magnums and maybe I will grow to like them too, just like the vinyl top and luggage rack...
