I just went to my local Dodge Dealer this weekend and saw a 08 Chally, fully loaded. MSRP was $41, 890 and they added $20k on top of that to make it $61, 890
The salesman was trying to get me to buy it (and actually trade my Cuda in for it) but I told him I found it insulting that they raised the price 20k just because it's a Chally....he tried to tell me it would be worth more than the original Chally come 30 years from now
but I looked at him like he had 10 heads and he quickly shut up. They called me twice the next day to see why I didn't buy it and both times I told them I thought they were F***ing the customer and didn't think it was right.
Call me crazy, but I think it's a shame that Dodge has put out a newer version of a great car and now it's existance in this new world depends on the greediness (if that's even a word) of the dealers.....
