Well, I am home now. Worked on my car a bit. I drove it 40 miles testing everything. I had just installed the 323 gears when Chryco came over.
Friday night I am putting a 391 set up in there and going to a local cruise saturday, So I thought I would try to spin the tires with my 323's to see how it would act. I rev'ed up to 3k and dumped the clutch, heard all 3 carbs kick in and left a nice dual line for close to 150 ft before I got tired of the steering lft and rt. T/A radials seem to be rather easy to spin. When I do the 391's I think I will get some comp street tires to play with and make the car hook better. Might as well see what the car has to offer as far as power. This isn't a street drag car by no means, but I think a High 12 is do-able if I get things in order. I am working on getting out another one of my 499's and maybe installing it, but also am considering running a 472 hemi with an 871 I have laying around. Just to be different. Seems I like to play with the cars more then show them off.
