Ok, here's an upadate. I stood up 2 minutes ago, stood there a few seconds, so I walked into the house took some BAYER  with water. Now I am back in my shop. I will wait a few more minutes, then put the barracuda up on stands so I can install the 391's in the car. Wife should be here soon and maybe I just need to eat. I skipped supper and lunch last night and breakfast and lunch today.  But will get something to eat in a bit.  I know I was just tired and pushing to fast, I will pace myself and use the dolly and floor jacks in stead of heavy lifting for the rest of the day.   Ahhh the wife just called. She is almost home, so all is well. Thanks for the chat  I bet I am shifting 4 gears in a few hrs from now.  

Oh a few days ago I was in a lead/arsenic plant and may have got some of the side affects. I had other syptoms I was experiencing the last couple of days. My safety managment from work is flying out to see the plant I was in to evaluate what happened while I was there. I sent them the uniforms, respirators and all info I had. It was a dangerous job.

You need to eat. That might be why your dizzy. I do it too. I'll start working and just forget to eat. Sometimes I hold my pee to. Just don't want to stop working, but then I gotta run for the bathroom. Probably not good for the bladder.

Been there many times. Always have to pee just as your almost done with a task and you try to hold it till you get that last bolt turned  then mad dash to the house

I'm sure that heat and being tired isn't helping either.

Thanks guys, I did get some rest, and started on my car. I went and bought some of that medicine bullitt posted about. The 391's are in and in a bit I will be doing a few burnouts. I did end up getting something to eat and went and planted some grape vines to take my mind off of work. I just took my time today. And now feel better. Just moving slower today and feel droopy faced for some reason. I will take it easy tonight. I am building a home computor for my favorite sister inlaw. So it will be in the A/C. Gotta get this gear oil off of me.
