I'll delete this thread as soon as I find the pics.  But which one of you posted the pics of the modified Goodmark Challenger rear floor sections to have the seat belt pockets moved to the right locations?  I just got a set in Carlisle and notice mine are in the wrong location too. He mentioned that the Challenger stampings were the Cuda ones just stretched 2 inches. Are the AMD ones any better?  I might still be able to return these.

It was in someone's restoration thread that another member inserted their pics into.

Thanks, Rob

Thanks for posting. Now I have a delema. Do I change mine or live with it since my pans are already installed? I never paid any attention to them being wrong.  :swear:

If you put them in already I would just drill out the spot welds for the seat belt mounts and move them foward.

Thanks Chuck, I was trying to find those pics. I was trying to see how much trouble it would be.
I have the same problem now. Do I modify them or send them back and pay up to $100 for shipping there and back.

It wasn't that bad doing it but it still took a few hours.Just make your cuts as straight as you can it will make your filler pieces easy to make.I just tacked it at the bottom and worked my way up hammering in place.Good luck!  :2thumbs:

Thanks.

Now that I look at it, for a 71, those little pockets don't really matter, do they?  Nothing really goes in there. does the carpet fit okay?

I don't know I have a long way to go before I put the carpet in.  :dunno:
