Yellow wire with light/blue cap

Would someone be so kind I telling me where this light is placed?  I know it's not for the ashtray .Thanks for your time!! Rob

Looks more like the switch panel bulb to me, my console light has an orange wire.

either title lamp for ign. switch or over the headlight switch- used via the time delay relay

The switch panel bulb wire is like 6 inches long with a connector

Thanks CC members I'm pretty sure now that is for the switch but just to be sure,is the title lamp the one in the steering column and do both rallye and non rallye have the light behind the switches and are they in the same location and do they operate the same?? The top light is for the switch panel and the lower light mounted in behind the switch panel shines through the hole to light up the A/C or heater panel :2thumbs:

I think its a brown wire on the harness that is really close to it when you pull the panel. It is hangin out og the harness about 6" or so. it would be close to where the vin tag is , or where if you had a 3 speaker dash and pulled the left speaker out, the wire would be right there

Thanks Moparal and member's I'll take a look in that area to see what's there! 71 DEPUTY or anybody could you tell me what the title lamp for ign. switch is, pretty sure that it is the one that's in the column? is that right? and the over the headlight switch- used via the time delay relay that's the one shown in the pic with the light bar which end's up connecting to the relay? How exactly does the relay work and it's purpose?Thanks Rob

The little lamp for the ignition switch was only available with the light group. If you didn't have the group, a little plastic rounded cover was placed in the round bottom of the emergency flasher switch hole. It lights up the key slot on the same timer as the other light.
