  Welcome to the site Autoguy.  Your Challenger is sweet!  I like the different stripe schemes you're trying out.

Welcome to the site!  I commented in your other thread about the stripes your company is making for the new Challenger and must say again that those stripes designed after the '71 R/T striping looks great on that car.  Daytona's black '08 Challenger would look very cool with a set of those T/A stripes, so I'm sure he'll be checking your updates on the stripes as they become available. :2thumbs:

I think you should consider making patches in the stripe to adhere to the door handle pieces.  The stripes just look a little odd with the big cutout around the door handle.

Other than that, looks great!  And any MOPAR is welcome here, any day!

That is not very easy to do. If someone wants that look, we can make the stripes without the handle cutouts, the handle can be removed, the stripe wrapped into the hole, and the handle can be painted to match and reinstalled.

If you look at the stripes on any of the original cars, the handles were chrome and not the color of the stripe.

Welcome to the site, these folks seem to me to be genuinely interested in each other's cars, projects, etc. Always helpful with advice.

We've discussed several months ago about what to do, if anything, about the plain 2008 Chally. I suggested at that time several versions of side stripes, the T/A version (SRT would have to replace the T/A) or the '71 RT stripe but replacing that with SRT. Your black SRT stripe on hemi orange looks da** close to what I had in mind, .......awesome.

Oh BTW, congratulations on being one of the lucky few to get your hands on the newest Mopar

We have had a couple people with new cars ask about it. When we get finished with what we are working on now, we will be looking at it. We are currently working on a full upper body stripe and will have an option similar to the AAR Cuda. We will be doing a modern version of a Hockey Stick as well.

I would have a hard time trying to decide, all those stripes look awesome!

one small comment, from the pic of the '71 SRT stripe on the 2008 Chally, it looks like the stripe w/ the lettering extends slightly past the edge of the rear window, I would keep the total length of the stripe (with lettering included) just in line with the edge, keeps the lines smoother. Your T/A stripe length is perfect, I'd have the 71 be the same length. I think that was how the '71 RT stripe was originally

The '71 Split Stripe is the same length. It ends at the window line. The text throws it off a bit.

Is it your stripes that are shown in the 2009 Challenger brochure?
It has the strobe stripe and the 71 RT stripe.
