    Fuel sender 5/16 or 3/8

     Hi, can anyone tell me what size sender unit I would need 5/16 or 3/8 for a 72 Cuda 340 4spd. Also shaker Hoods came on what years and only Hemi ?? Thanks Tom

    5/16 would be standard .....some of our HiPo buddies are changing to 3/8 but you must run new fuel lines to take advantage

    Cudas had shaker hoods std with Hemis but it was available with almost any engine as an option

    Don't forget the fuel seperator if you run 3/8's!  :grinyes:

    Hey guys thanks for the reply,I'll go with the 5/16. I ground the wire at the sender unit and the dash gauge went full, so either a bad float or sender. Thanks again Tom
