I like using a 10.5" bellhousing with scalloped pressure plate that allows you to use the 11" clutch.  This not only reduces rotating mass (10.5" vs 11") but reduces overall weight also with the aluminum bellhousing,

You will also need flywheel bolts and a pilot bearing (the Dakota needle bearing version is great).

i already have the 11" flywheel and clutch so that is the bh that i have to get. thanks for the input and especially for leading me on to a great pilot bearing. cant forget those bolts, i would be rather pi$$ed if i got in there, got everything ready, and didnt have the bolts.

The front of the driveshaft that 'slips' into the rear of the trans.

If you are replacing a 727 you are all set.  The 833 and 727 are the same length and use the same slip joint.

no you have the right flywheel , you just need a 10.95" clutch setup to work with the 130 tooth flywheel ,Brwers has new bellhousings for $300 for this system, the larger 143 tooth uses a cast bellhousing & 11" clutch & is harder to get parts for

ok, so i need the 10.95 bell housing?

i have the 10.95 clutch, 11" flywheel from flmopars.....would like to try and get the bellhousing for less than 300, i know that 300 isnt much for this, but you know  :money: doesnt grow on trees

Honestly $300 is probably bets spent on a new one , the ones I saw at Carlisle & elsewhere were $300 used & had stripped holes that needed to be fixed etc , brand new for $300 is a good deal & you know it will not be cracked or damaged

BHR513r is the 4.8 brg retainer
BHR513R-S is the smaller 4.35 brg retainer
not sure if they make the OD 5.2" brg retainer type
