Congratulations on the acquisition. Beautiful car.  I too hope to get my convertible, currently in a 1000 pieces, put back together with a new coat of plum crazy paint.

Thanks for all the positive comments. Not too often you get to buy an old car back, much less two times. I still plan on getting a new challenger, just have to wait a bit longer than i originally thought.

I hope to have it by the end of August, I'll drop down and check out the new garage. Gotta sell that 66, soon as i get home it goes on here and Moparts for a few days, then it's e-Bay time.

I put some feelers out at work for the 66. I know a couple guys that like the mopars. We'll see what happens.

Liz says you can't count this one in the cars owned if it was counted already...... Sorry  :roflsmiley:

I only counted it as one for the first two times thru...but this is years (and 2 owners) later. I also had a 69 stroker big block runner that i owned 3 times, only counted that one as 1 car as i bought and sold it twice without it ever leaving my barn.

Hey Tom, wanna trade the 66 for your VR4 Spyder? I could probably talk her into keeping that one along with the Cuda!

I would probably seriously consider that but might have to sell the spyder to get cash to finish the cuda. I figured out its probably gonna take another 15 grand to get it over the finish line  :hyper:   I should have traded you my R/T and T/A to get that black hemi cuda clone that you had.... That was nice

But at any rate, Here is some eye candy.....

I have driven my son's SL a few times, they are nice cars. The way the retractable tops stores is just so cool.

G-man. I have a deal on my 69 Roadrunner, factory R6 Scorch Red with Pewter/black interior. 45K mile all original panel car. Lots of options for a roadrunner, pwr discs, power steering, console auto, air grabber, 3.91 SG package, AM-FM. show quality car. thats supposed to close next week.

I still have to sell my 66 Satellite droptop. orig 361 4 speed car (1 of 72 built) now a forged crank 440 4 bbl with the 4 speed. I'm on vacation, when i get back on Saturday I'm going to list it on here and Moparts for a few days before i put it on e-bay. It's a nice car, clean driver type.

Will do Tom. I highly doubt will back out, but you never know until the $$ is in your hands. This 69 runner will be on that short list of cars I'd want back.
