BIGS,
That little screw is necessary for the clock. You can get away without it on the trip odometer though. You don't have to twist that knob, just push it in.
Mike
Ya Mike I know.... I'm just retarded on that kinda stuff, seeing it's all apart anyway.
I had no idea there was a place like that in town. Looks like my tach will need to get a once over as well. Do you mind sharing ballpark cost?
My cost was .................. $60!!!
.......
But my tach was working just reading to high. Roger said it just needed a little adjustment!
BIGS,
if all goes right, will you let us know where you went so maybe we can send him some business? I know my tach is toast and needs done.
No problem there, most of my posts go on and on and on and on........
But I always figure if it helps out somebody else here it can't hurt!
So later in the day I decide WTH it's already apart might as well get ahold of rt-eng and get my clock done! Heck I've been to Springdale Ar... I coulda dropped it there and saved shipping costs!
Anyway called him and left a message - waiting for the call-back.
So now I'm all hyped up so last night I broke out the Novus and a brew (or 2) And polished me plastic face up!!
