2009's hit the lots

I just checked on ebay and there are 2009 challengers on dealer lots already.

  Supposidly anyway.   


  I have my eyes on the cheapest S/E that can be found. So far, the ones out there have the high end option package, and it appears they are wanting an extra few $$$.

Not sure what you mean by supposedly, but they have pictures of them on their lots. I know what you mean by lots of options though, the cheapest one on there is 27k

I just checked on ebay and there are 2009 challengers on dealer lots already.

I've asked 3 dealers around Houston and they all said the '09's wouldn't be on the lots until October!    The '09's don't show up in their inventory either

  My local dealer told me last week they had VIN's for 2 S/E cars, but they hadn't been built yet. That's what I based my comment from.

That's wierd.  How can these guys have 09's when some dealers have not even received their 08's?  I didn't think they could even release the next year production vehicles until September or October.  Either way, it's good to see.

This car was built on Aug 1st in the 19th hour. It seems kinda funny that it would already be on a dealers lot when there are 08's still not been shipped.

I saw maybe 10 @ Carlisle, Daytona found one. but, they just arent here.  I havent seen one 08 on a lot, let alone the 09.

What the F is going on? If Chrysler wants to sell them, maybe they should get them out here on some lots.

The dealerships in TX are getting theirs, now.  8 or 9 were just dropped off at Dallas Dodge last week.  I was in there Saturday morning, and they had a Black, Orange,  and silver one in the showroom.  Of course I had no camera, but Damn, they're nice. Daytona has it right.  If and when I get one it will be Black.

Thats strange - I just searched all 22 Dallas area Dodge dealers and they only have '08's listed in their inventory: Black, Orange, and Silver.

Sorry, I meant they are getting the 08s now.  That's why I find it so odd that some are already getting 09s.

As far as I'm concerned, there is no color other than orange (until purple or yellow shows up).

I'll get really excited when I see one on a lot with three pedals.......
