Dave Walden's (ECS) car. It was under the OE tent at this year's Nats.

Tony Fishn4cuda is a E body judge there at the Nats. We talked about it last night.
Let's see how it pans out after the show.

That upper ball joint will be leaking grease soon. He forgot to get the seal pulled all the way down on the joint so it appears. seems most everyone never gets them on right. Thanks for the pics

Tony said yesterday on the phone that color combos like this were ususally distined for Canada.
I haven't seen the vin on it so thats speculation for now.

First off it is an amazing car. The level of detail is amazing even with the slight overspray on the cowl blackout. Looks like they totally missed doing the radiator support blackout though.

Ahh.... ok. One more thing to correct on mom and dads chally. Dave certainly did one hell of a job on his car. He is like me with cars.... its all about the details baby! Now to get the our chally up to that level.

I am sure someone can say for 100% certainty but I am pretty sure it was only the 70's and even then some of them did not get the blackout. All E-bodies with light color paint are supposed to have the rad support/headlight area blacked out so the color does not bleed through the grille.
