This can't be a private seller. This sounds like a builder who has some stock and will build your engine to spec, and I bet that 1250 is just to get started.
Call me skeptical, but if he can deliver a complete magnum 360 with all new parts for 1250, when the new ones go for more than 5K, hell, I'll take two.
