There is usually parking Friday on the Northeast corner of 13 mile & Woodward by the golf course, it's actually on Coolidge north of 13-mile.  It's kiddie-corner from the big Mopar display and behind the vendors display in that area.  I'll be there tonight around 6-7 pm in my 05 Mustang Black, since both my cars are a loooooooooooong way off from being done.

hey snowdog -

I got close to where you were -
never made it -

well I had her on the road in the late afternoon after a few things worked on.
started up in Pontiac around the loop -- almost lit them up after the crowd said so -

when I noticed a few police hanging out a block ahead ( with binoculars ) good thing I checked!  they were everywhere hiding around corners and in unmarked vehicles...

anyway - after an hour + I made it to about 15 mi road, then my fuel pump died%@#^!

so I was another guy sitting it out waiting for a tow truck to recue me.
hopefully I will find someone open this morn with the part in stock to get it changed out & back on the road for this afternoon.

it sure felt good to get in that small run I had & it was fun to get out and play!

Well sorry to hear about your fuel pump.  I was there and walked around a bit with my son. I didn't see your second post till later,  but I was keeping an eye out for your winchester? gray cuda.  Both your cars look pretty sweet.  I know what you mean about the cops, they where EVERYWHERE.  When I was leaving I couldn't wait to get on I-696 and hammer it after dealing with all that stop n go traffic.  Well when I got to I-696 there were cops there and one of them was a new Mustang GT lined up with entrance ramp for a quick pursuit.  So I had to play it cool.  I did see a new and old (64?) corvette get it on, couldn't tell who won.

See ya, snowdoggie
