I wouldn't say it's rare but it could be saved. Does it have a VIN tag?  There are companies that could whip up a title for you.

Welcome!!!

Thanks guys, No the last owner lost the vin number off the dash but had a copy of the vin on paper work. I still made him give me the number and a bill of sale just in case.

Welcome. If thats a parts car  I need 2 very very small pieces off of it. Right behind the rear bumper is 2 plates to strenghen the bumper guards. The are around 4 inches square. I could use them :smilielol:

If not....Welcome as you are, I will find them one day.  Glad to have you here :2thumbs:

Welcome to the site!  The rear end looks mangled some, but that isn't too bad to repair as it doesn't look like the damage caused any structural damage to the frame rails.  It'd be tough to get it titled again with the original V.I.N. unless the other owner stumbles across the plate again...Otherwise, your state would issue you a new state-issued plate that would make it road legal and capable of being insured again.  Whatever you decide to do with it, good luck with either car (or both) when it comes time for the restoration(s). :2thumbs:

Thanks guys, Here are the pictures of the 340.  It been blasted and had primer shot on it to keep it from rusing anymore. Now Im not going to put the 340 car back stock, I want to build a 5.7 or 6.1 hemi pro-turing car.  We are still in the planing stage but I know it will have a art morrison front and rear with air ride.  Inside will be all custom.  I will build the car around 20x10's in the rear and not sure If Ill do 18x8's or 7's on the front Ill have to see how it fits first.  Im also going to shave all the side markers and chrome off the car even the drip rails.  Heres a little drawing of what It may look like.

When your car is that far gone you can do whatever you want as far as I'm concerned.  Are you planning on making all of the body panels including the roof? It might be easier to base it on repro Barracuda panels instead of all home made ones

Welcome to the site.  It looks like you have your work cut out for you, but the art says it'll be worth it when you're done.  :2thumbs:
