Personally I'm a B-Bod kind of guy, mainly, well that's what I like and boy oh boy are they much more comfortable to drive. And my 440+6 B-Bod can pull the front tires if ya want too. We have a beautiful E-Bod because my lil honey wanted one and it was built and done just the way she wanted it. As far as the term "Muscle car" is concerned I don't think it was used when these cars were new. However any Mopar with the factory (that's an important factor) street hemi or any version of the 440 would have to be considered a muscle car. And it's not the fault of the 72 and newer model owners that the BB was not an option, so some of us just did what Ma Mopar didn't do. And I know there are some versions of the so called small blocks that can, has, and will beat a factory street hemi going down the 1/4, but they are not "exactly" built to stock specs.
So,.............to the originator of this thread................and your point is ?. Like all of us, you have a personal preference of body styles and mental image of what "Muscle car" means. I love the round tail lights, bust at last I do not own any, but if I could..............it would be a 68 Charger with a street hemi, that would make this ole fart peak to a climax, oh well, I can still dream about my fantacy car. BTW, just wait until my lil 71 Dart has that wild built 440 dual quad installed................I wonder what you'd call that ?
