Okay, played with it some more tonight. Observed the following:
With the header dropped and the fork installed, I can't pivot the header high enough to bolt it in.
With the header installed I can't get the fork low enough to place on the pivot and throw out bearing.
With the header, z bar and adjusting rod installed, I can see where there might be enough room for teh fork to fit.
Sooo, I took the pivot off inside the bell. With the header and z bar installed, I can manage to get the fork in without the pivot. Doing this makes it appear there may be just enough room for it all to fit, provided the static position is with the Z bar far forward and it doesn't travel more than a couple of inches at the end of the fork.
So, looking at this, it appears it may all fit. So, I have to wonder if there is an assembly sequence that makes this go together easier or if there is a combination of loose headers, loose clutch parts, and loose engine mounts that are necessary.
And I haven't even tried getting the starter in yet.
