Autometer speedometer
« on: August 21, 2008 - 12:52:45 PM »
I have a Autometer speedo and the factory cable will not bolt up to the back of the gauges. What I need is a cable with both ends that screw in instead of one side slipping on. Anyone else run into this problem. What cable did you use? I have a sb 727 by the way. Thanks

I would contact Autometer.  I believe there may be an adapter that attaches to the gauge to which you attach the speedo cable.  The adapter in turn alters the analog signal from the speedo cable to digital, then sends the data to the gauge.
