I really like the idea of getting a lot of people to come in 09.  07 was huge because of the Cuda Guy project, and justly so - but just because the club isn't giving away a car next year doesn't mean we can't all have a good time!

Although, if I'm wrong, I'll gladly accept a donated car - ya know, just to get things moving along.

Anyways, I think we should drum up as much interest, maybe have some fund raisers to help people with longer travels, and get a huge group together.  I think Saturday dinner back at the Your Place restaurant would have been a HUGE BLAST with a lot more people there.

I hope to make it if gas stays under $2.00 bucks/gallon. I've gone from a 2:76 rear end to a 3:91. It will be singing all the way!!! That will take a little more gas!! I had a BLAST this year and can't see missing AKA: 20 minutes, 4C, MEK and the rest of the crew under the PINK tent!! Are we having a pink tent in '09???

I would love to go but it doesn't look like my car will be back together by then. I will most likely have to shoot for 2010. I think driving there and back would be cool. Thats the way I wanna go anyway.

This has been our home base. If enough interest is shown, I'll book a block of rooms again for us. It's a straight 20 minute shot from the fairgrounds. Nice safe parking lot for our cars and trailers.

I dont think we need to change locations?  I think that it serves our purposes and the staff is cool enough not to mess with us out in the parking lot at the end of the day.

Charlie & I are planning to go, we look forward to meeting members. Our son lives in Harrisburg =  free room.

My brother wants to have a "formal" wedding and ceremony next year - they got married at a courthouse a year ago.  I told him "any time but mid-July."

Brother's wedding... ...Carlisle.... ...Brother's wedding... ...Carlisle...  Ah hell I can see my brother any time.
