The motor is painted whit mopar paint in a can it right from mopar it good paint the panel i get the paint from a guy in Ottawa he has great paint that special interior plastic paint his a good guy he also has some parts this is a link to him

Well painted more part the console and some trims .I used the same paint for the steel dash and the trim they look deferent color like it was .The guy i get the paint from is pretty good .Did the tail light but not happy whit them got the gray texture from eastwood and it look to light the original gray look darker i have some duplie color il try that.

having fun getting the part fitting before paint .The fender or fiberglass so they dont fit like the steel ones but was suprise how they fit .It not bad so far a few hr a night hope it painted by the end of next month.

No am going to keep the side makers the fenders where on a 70 so i have to block the holes and make 73 one .

I went the other direction and converted my side markers to the 70 and 71 style. :bigsmile:

It getting there got the fender line the hood one fitting good ,about a week to go before the paint shop can whait to see the car whit paint  :wow:
Was going to go whit original rear valence but got a good deal on the duel exs.It fiberglass but it still look good .Also going to try to get the bumper in closer .will add new pic soon hope whit the paint on the car .

VERY NICE WORK!!  What method and details did you use to polish the trim and hubcap centers??  Polishing wheel, compound, wet sand???  thanks.

Hi i used a scott pad red one what id did is just put it on the center and used the center of man hand and turn  whit a twice .On the trim rim i used the scott pad againg ,after i used solvole autosol  it a tube of past like whit small grain in it it good for all metal.hope that give you a idear .

We have some blue got it painted today look great cant wait to get some stuff back on now .Il get more pic tomorrow when i get it home the color in the pic are not the best.
