Pics From The Chad Craig Memorial Car Show
« on: August 29, 2008 - 12:24:13 AM »
I have a charity event every year in memory of Shelby's godfather. This was my 3rd event. Everyone had a great time. The North York Volunteer Fire Co. co-hosted the show with me. We raised over $2000 for the Dialysis Center Patient Fund. 100% of the money goes to patients. The Fire Co raised $700 for the Playground Fund. There weren't a lot of Mopars there. Cause most of the Mopar people were helping me. I need their Dodge Rams to get all the donations there. And to bring down Shelby's Super Coupe. It was Chad's 1st car. He left it to Shelby when he passed away.  A 68 Shelby GT500KR won best of show. It is a beautiful car. Here is the link for the pics. Enjoy. http://pictures.aol.com/galleries/jdaytona93

Thanks guys, it was a lot of work. But well worth it. Shelby and I planned and organized this for a year. But we couldn't have done without all our sponsers , Chad's family and our friends that helped judge, chinese auction, 50/50 and door prizes.  :clapping:  I see you guys have been looking at the Hooter girls pics. :poopoke:  :smilielol: :smilielol: :smilielol:

Thank you. I hope it gets bigger every year, too. 104 cars wasn't too bad around here for a 1st car show.  And I classed the cars some the guys that always get stuffed in to " Muscle Car " (like Mopar and AMC, ets. )  with pro-street cars had a chance for a trophy. We had 21 classes. Next year we'll have 23. I saw a need for 2 other classes.
