Im looking for a better condition Challenger (4 speed preferred), does not have to be numbers matching just in good shape. I kinda prefer it not be so that it a fairer deal for my numbers matching (but needs work) Charger against a non numbers matching but not so much a project Challenger.

Also, can I have some feedback on my asking price,.. Is it too high? Or just right? I have a couple of enthusiasts contact me from the San Fran/Portland area, who said it was about the max I could get, and that they were interested, but the deals fell through.

Anywho,.. here is the required Info

1969 Dodge Charger R/T AT #'s matching 1 owner car
25K
B7 Blue/Black
V88
Comes with ALOT of documentation (listed in my craigslist link)
Located in Central Wa

Feel free to PM me for my phone number, I can get the fender tag info for a serious party.
Looking for all feedback, just be mindful of the negativity. I know I dont post much but Im more a reader than a talker.

Recieved, but like I said, Id prefer a decent shape 4 speed car to offset my #'satching value.
Thanks though, thats a beautiful car.

Your car has been repainted before it looks like to me. I see major work to be done all over the car. I think your asking price is about dbl the real value of a #4 car. Interior to exterior to drivetrain all needs to be repaired or restored. Anything in e body form for a trade would be at your asking price would be in excellent condition.  A 72 cuda done with a 318 installed in show condition would cost your asking amount. It is real pricey , and I think your asking to much for yours.  Not trying to make you mad, but your car needs about 30k or more in work or more to be brought back to a show car of any restored thought.

These are just my opinions on the car, so dont take it in the wrong way.

It is a 440 car, and it has never had any body work.

Show me where you see signs of this?

Like I said in the craigslist ad, It was repainted back in the 80's.

You think this car is worth 12-13K?

Also, not taking this the wrong way at all. I am by no means an authority when it comes to this hobbie. I just see cars of lesser pedigree in worse shape netting 15K I just figured that a numbers matching drive train along with all the documentation has to be worth at least 10K?

If Im wrong, I applogize.

No need to appolgize, and I am not trying to offend you. Just the car looks ruff. I honestly have no Idea about the prices of them, but I just helped sell this rt for 18.5k  with 23k miles on it. Has all new interior from legendary to.   what is the value of your car all restored?   I believe the market is down right now.

That car you pictured, I believe is a Coronet 440 R/T. Now was it a "Coronet 440" with an accual 440 (cause that mixes me up about those cars, they are called 440's but not all came with a 440)? Or was it just striped to clone a R/T. If im not mistaken, thats a water down version of a SuperBee?
Someone help me out on this one. That car is to the Super Bee what the satellite was the the roadrunner.

With that said, here are a pic from a similar angle, and a few of the last time I drove the car.

Me and the original owner.

I'm pretty certain that is a real Coronet R/T. The Coronet 440 was the plain jane model and usually had a 318 in it. The Coronet R/T I think had more luxury items compared to the Super Bee, but I'm not sure on that one.

That is a real 440 4 spd dana 60 corrnet r/t that I posted. I also new it wasn't a charger, but it is a b body and an r/t. I was just trying to show that the market is down and what can be had for the same money was all.  Now a 69 charger 500 is a clone daytona canidate :2thumbs:

I bought a 69 charger r/t b5 blue  440 727 in about the same condition for 5k but it needed a trunk and tail light section. All original 1 owner.

Damn, I may just have to hold on to it then. I paid more than 5K for it.

Myrtle, I'm not saying your car is only worth 5k. That is what I got mine for. Just try to be open and a little flexible about your price. There is a buyer for your car somewhere out there. It may not happen as fast as you want though. Housing down, jobs down, fuel and utilities are up. Just a bad time to ask for top dollar on a slow and tough market right now. Hang in there friend. I didnt mean to diswade or mislead you.  Is it for sale on the dodge charger site as well?
