i own cudas but love them both.tried to buy a 70 chally vert but couldn't catch the guy before he sold it.

It takes a Challenger to catch another one.

I love both but not equally. My first car was a 70 'Cuda so I have a little more love for them. With that beautiful bodyline sticking out there for every door at the supermarket I consider Challengers kinda like a special needs child where the 'Cuda is more a latchkey kid

I kinda like the posts about kowalski picking a challenger .truth told he was so high he just thought he was in a white challenger haulin across country . and he should have left the two fruits locked in the back of his head . that said i like 70 -71 challengers and 70 cudas the same .but if the measure of muscle is in the performance ,i would pick the 68 cuda then a 70 cuda .the 71 threw out the anchor on weight and hp . this thread should be locked .c

I like both, but I'm a 'Cuda guy all the way.....the words "Hemi 'Cuda" roll off the tounge better than "Hemi Challenger" <-- too wordy....

This is too funny.    My 1st e-body was a 70 Barracuda GC 383. I loved the car. 2nd was a 70  /6 Barracuda, wish I still had it.    3rd a 70 Barracuda GC 318, should have never sold it. I bought a 71 Challenger for my daily driver and showed the GC. My 5th e-body , your looking at it.  I've owned 27 Mopars and regret selling most of them. Can I pick a favorite. To be honest , it was the 70 Barracuda /6. It was my fav because I did most of the work on it myself. Would I sell the Chally I have now ? No!!!  Shelby wouldn't let me.

3-400 lbs. lighter than Challenger. Like having an overweight person in your car all the time.
