Despite the apparent lack of intelligence, as evidenced by his repeatedly horrible abuse of the English language, it is entirely possible that he really has a line on a 1970 Challenger. I once had an argument that I could not win, with someone who knew without a doubt that the DOT markings on a taillamp lens could infallibly tell the year of a car. He proudly looked at the taillamp of a 1970 Dart, and declared it a 1969, because of the DOT1969 code in the lens. It was clearly not a '69 Dart, but he would go to his grave believing it was. Another person I met once, insisted that his 1972 Satellite was a 1971, with an "optional" grille and taillamp treatment. No matter how many times I pointed out the VIN, or the fender tag callouts, he would point to the late 1971 build date, and tell me I was wrong. Some people, you just can't reach. IF the Challenger is real, and IF it is really a bigblock car, then maybe it will be worth trying to educate this person. It certainly doesn't look real to me, but I don't claim to know everything about photography or scanners. I say, let's just see what the other pictures show. And, he said all along that he was going to include pics of his Firebird, and that it was faster than any 'Cuda he has raced. All I can say to that is, "I pity the fool!" He is obviously racing against inferior cars, probably tuned by inferior skills; let him vent. If he really does have a fast firechicken, then he might be fun.
