I dont think it was entertaining.  This thread could of went the wrong way. And caused some friction where it doesnt need to be. It could leed to future newbies posting and nobody even bothering to get involved, or even trying to help anyone. We do have a joke section to yank chains in. Since we were tried to be fooled, maybe I just wont participate or trust anyone now for a bit. You took away some trust in me with this prank. Maybe I shouldn't be so open and trusting with others as much on line now. I think I will turn off my PM's now for a while till I get some self trust back.  I really didnt think it was funny

no point,

I don't see it that way.  The original poster had a point they were trying to make.  I would like to know what that point was.  Only the original poster can answer that question, and I am waiting to hear from them....      :grinyes:

:iagree: so after all of the help and feedback that we have provided to you, the guidance and information on the A93 cars, and not giving you the pushoff after some of your posts thinking that we are rude and mean people, this is how you roll. From the other side of the world all I can say is a big *.*. :2thumbs:
As disgruntal as some of us do feel, it is not worth lowering our standards to a lower level Drew. Just follow Alans leed and be more weary of whom you try help with advice.  Not fair on :newbie: 's i know, but it has to be considered after this fiasco........... :2thumbs:

What are you talking about?   Bella admitted it was her.  Just a catty post, that's all.

I didnt get riled up because it was obvious it was fake from the get-go. I had a strong feeling it was a member having fun with people and that is exactly what it was. Now if it were worded better and was not so blatantly obvious then yeah, I would see cause to get uptight. Maybe I saw it wrong but the post seemed to be tongue-in-cheek type humor all the way.

It was cheesy and sophomoric. I have little patience for this kind of BS. I will continue to post, but I won't be giving much personal advice to people that can't do something without being childish. All I can say is, bite me. There are places for this kind of tomfoolery, and this part of the forums is not it. I suspected a prank or a dolt all along, and it seems that it might have been both, from the way it went. Enjoy your 440 Hemi six pack, and don't ask me to help you tune it.

 :wow:
got to say, I must have a really warped sense of humour to imply this was somewhat fun and entertaining! I don't think it was anything but obvious, someone was yankin chains and yes possibly havin some fun at our expense. Do I take it personal? no. Am I offended? no. Life is to serious! Read it for what it is! Will this stop members from helping other :newbie: questions? I certainly don't think it will, nor do I see that happening! The members that feel hurt and battered because a joke was played upon us, or them, will come around. I have said from the start of my postings, constructive criticism is always welcome, personal hits are not, but I forgot to say its fun trying to pull the wool over someones eyes some times, even if you are the vic! Kinda makes you feel young!

All I have to ask is WTF just took place here. A joke is a joke but to carry it this far is just plain stupid in my opinion. I feel a little dumber for reading this. It makes no sense to me at all. :villagers:
