The Who "Live at Kilburn" PBS
« on: September 11, 2008 - 10:35:44 PM »
Some fantastic unreleased concert video on PBS will be playing. Don't miss this if you're a Who fan.  :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper: :ylsuper:

It's on right now PST.

Kieth Moon at his best!!

According to my local PBS station, "The Who Live at Kilburn" will be shown at 10 p.m. central time on Sept. 13 on PBS. Check your local listings to find out the time/date for your area. Can't wait to watch this! The schedule shows that 90 minutes are blocked off by PBS for the show,  but it'll be good to see this footage, finally!

I watched the other night.  Great concert.  I grew up listening to the Who, but never realised just how over the top talented Keith Moon was.  The VH1 tribute was OK, sure pointed out how little talent is really out there currently.

Don't forget about John Bonham (Led Zeppelin drummer). They're probably doing a jam session together!!!!!

Don't get me wrong as I like pretty much all his music, but on my local PBS station I was greeted by John Denver at the Sydney Opera House rather than Moony and his mates. Just depends on where you live I imagine.
