...I just got an EMail from him....said it was all straightened out in a long court battle, and "THE CAR IS SOLD ANYWAY"

...I wouldn't want my money sitting in that piece, feds might decide to cut it up into quarter sized pieces :roflsmiley:

i know of a hemi hardtop like this in dallas .it also went through a federal court and the owner was allowed to keep it .the details are unknown but i have looked at it .as like the convert the owner has not miss rept the car so all ends well .i did notice the vin was a thin tag with wrinkles not a nos part .also in other post i have made i know of many fake cars or just restamped blocks this is more rampant than the common car collector could ever belive.c
