It would require suspension of my known belief to think a Stock 2005 GTO is that quick. They do 13.90's.  They had one as a project car in HotRod magazine that did 13.90's and one of my best friends who has driven a 7 second Top Sportsman car owns one. He knows how to drive. It does 13.90's at sea level at Atco in Jersey. The one in that video is obviously not stock. Let them all run this $1,300 pile> http://www.titsup-racing.com/video/spirit_rt/13sec4.wmv   :smilielol:

You have to take all these home videos with a grain of salt.  We know absolutely nothing about the cars or the drivers.  In the first one the guy driving the Challenger fell asleep at the line, and dogged it from the start.

Just remember everyone who owns a GM car is "stock".  Of course that could mean it has a convertor, a different tune than came with the car, a different cam, different tires and a hidden 75 shot of nitrous.  :smilielol:

How dare you post those...those poor Challenger's.  :faint: LOL     At least it is a good base to work with, the S/S cars are running in the mid 10's. :working:

How slow was he?

He was so slow leaving the line that I saw the trees in the backround change color and drop their leaves off.

That first "race" was horrible for the Challenger driver.  He could have got into it a little heavier off the line and probably would have made it a relatively close race, IMO.  The second one was an upset, but that's usually expected when you run a stock/near stock N/A car against something running boost and a good tune. :2cents:

Nice site, Im the Challenger owner.  heres a little info. The races with the MBZ were not me, That was Bryce who drove out there with me and was promised a few pass's, Nevertheless he made 7 of them all in the 11.6/11.7 range. Not bad for the first time in the car. The MBZ was spraying a 125 shot and running 11.6's. The race you saw Bryce was sleeping at the wheel. So now that thats all cleared up Im running a HHP/BES 8.5:1 comp 426 Stroker motor built for boost with a stage 4 blower cam. So my runs N/A were for sh!tz/giggles, As we speak my new Hi Torque NAG1 tranni is being installed along with my SMS twinScrew Blower and some rear brake work so I can run a true slick on a 15" wheel. Car is expected to run low 10's very soon with a shot at the 9's at the Worlds Fastest Challenger race in Maple Grove sponsored by NMCA, KOOKs, HHP racing.  :burnout:

Heres some links to some info on the car.
