This thought may not be politically correct, but is an opinion offered. It may be correct? or it may be wrong? It is not designed to appease those needing shelter from the real world.

I was going through the members pages and there are thousands of newbies who never post.  I was just curious and it seems there aren't many people who are on here religiously.  And I do mean Lots of newbies!!  Some from two or three years ago.
How long does ones account last without posting here anyway?  Forever?

Yes.  I think there should be some kind of limit without posts.  That way, new names arent so hard to come up with.

Once you register you're on for good no mater if you make 1 or 20,000 posts. Only Admin has the power to delete their account and IMO it has to be serious for that to happen, not posting isn't covered by that "serious" factor lol. Although, I do agree that it would be nice to have a clean up every few years, they had their chances. Like many forums, you either like it or you don't, just the nature of the beast. Heaps join up and love it. Heaps join up and don't find it interesting so never return. Like most forums you have to give them a chance (like 50+ posts) unfortunately most people aren't patient enough, I guess?

I wasn't complaining about it, I was just curious how that all works.
Glad to see the site growing as it will bring new blood, cars, opinions and parts!

While we are truely getting bigger the active members alway seem to be relatively consistant in #
I was thinking about this yesterday & really miss a lot of the members who were on years ago who for various reasons have lost interest & drifted away which is unfortunate I as I have made a lot of good friends here , of course we constantly gain new friends as well

I am glad I am a member of the site.  I dont get to post as much as I want to.  My new girlfriend will keep me busy when I go home as well.  I try to keep up on things.  I have not posted much and hope to again soon.  I am glad that we have so many members.  I hope to hear from them as well.

I agree with the last post. If it was not for this forum and the people on here. I would have sold my
A93 Challenger and I am very glad I did not.

I am very happy and appreciative to be a member of this forum, even though there are those out
there that do not want me here -- that will not deter me at all!! I am here for the long haul!!

Thank you!! :clapping:

I signed up in 2006. I had never posted till here recently, mainly because I just bought my first E-body. I have read a lot of posts though, and gained a great deal of information and tips. Not only for the Challenger, but things I can use on basically any car. I now try to post more. Don't worry once I get a good start on the Challenger, I will be asking a lot of questions. Thanks in advance  Chris
