I work for a global professional services firm.

It is a desk job with some travel and lots of opportunity.

Been here 9 years, make more money that I thought possible at this point in my life (34) and have no plans on leaving...ever

i've worked in the inventory control dept.at one of advance auto parts' distribution centers the past 7 1/2 yrs.worked for a grocery chain in the perishables dist cntr before that for 20 yrs.when the summer comes and it gets hot......dogon i miss my freezer.

  Somehow convinced the United States Navy to pay me to launch missiles at their cruiser's and destroyer's for target practice.     Kind of like shootin' skeet, only the 'skeet' are flying at more than 1/2 mile per second (Mach 2.5) at about 15 feet above the surface of the ocean.  "Official" job title is Principle Electronics Technician.  Test, Assemble, and Launch supersonic target missiles for 20+ years now.  Travel quite a bit and work very weird hours sometimes.  Prior to that, I worked as a technician repairing and calibrating commercial and military aircraft fuel controls and sensors for about 15 years.  About the only thing I enjoy more is working on    and driving my Mopars.

 Now that's a cool job.  Sounds pretty technical, you must really know your stuff. I'm happy just to hit a squirrel on the run
