Magnum 500 Rims

Not to throw a wrench into the subject....I know the 15" with chrome rims are called Magnums but are the 14" with trim ring not called road wheels?

You sure did, wrench inserted!   
I did some checking, without all of the answers, but a W21 in 69 was called a Road wheel and from 70+ it was the known as the Rallye wheel. A W23 from 70+ was called a Road Wheel. I couldn't find where they called it a Magnum 500 in Chrysler documentation?

They are all still Magnum 500's....... just chrysler had different names for them.  They are either painted or chromed when referring to what one wants.
