4 speed or automatic? Could you post pics of your car before the accident? I've seen cars in the low 60k range all the way into the 130k range.

www.nadaguides.com

last time I checked, their estimates were pretty high - which would be a good thing in this case....

doing a quick check - low was 27,600 - high was 79,400

I did not select any options after choosing your model
70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....

nada and kbb are not good indicators of value for classic cars.

Beautiful car. Any shots of the interior, engine compartment, trunk area and undercarriage? Is that the original color combination? The more complete picture we have the better we can asses the value. Also numbers matching, broadcast sheet? I know this is still a fresh and sore subject but do you have any pictures of the damage?

Not sure if this helps much but it does fall pretty much right tin the middle.

nada and kbb are not good indicators of value for classic cars.
I agree that they are not the best indicator, but they are recognized as having some credibility. Unless CrazyPete gets lucky and has an estimator that knows about mopars, he (CrazyPete) has to have some kind of documentation on his side. Without an actual appraisal pre-accident, there aren't a whole lot of sources to go to for proof of worth. I hope that things work out....

Maybe you could check completed sales at auctions like barrett jackson or steele. I checked completed sales on ebay and there was only one listed at around 14k within the last month. I would think the collector auctions would have the highest prices paid. I think that is the key is a completed sale, not what someone is "asking" for a car like yours.....
Again, I hope that things work out

Please tell us you have a classic Ins. Co. and not just a regular company like alstate or one of those. When I had my dammage Hagerty sent an adjuster and he didn't argue about anything. He had them do what the shop wanted without question.

Best of luck!!!!!!!!!!

Find a classic car appriaser in your area and pay to have him do a seperate appraisal if your insurance doesn't come back with an offer to your liking.
