ok i do have the correct fan, what should the clutch look like?  And what finish should the fan have when i repaint

Should look just like that one...gold anodized.


I've seen some imitatations that have ridged metal circles in the middle.

Semi gloss. I used Eastwoods underhood black. It came out looking pretty close.

I have one that is in the middle of that pic. It is in excellent condition. I took it out of the trunk of a 68 charger r/t .  The fan is a 7 blade. It worked in my 22 inch rad and shroud perfect.
