    haha, you're right.

    Not sure what member and hope he doesn't mind me posting his pics, but i can't beleive he missed the calander entry deadline. Some of my favorite photos he posted.

    I had a hanger like that on the '67 GTX I had years ago. It predictible sprung a leak when it hit something in the road and dumped 8 quarts of oil in a bank parking lot. It looked like the Exxon Valdez oil spill :22yikes: I took it into work the next day and wacked a few inches off and welded a new bottom on.

    It is a cool photo though.  :2thumbs:

    This car belongs to OZCuda :2thumbs: he has dial up and has trouble loading the images up when he logs on.  These would of taken him ages to download for us aswell.

    Very nice car for sure, and if it was in the list i must say it would have been in my top twelve :bigsmile:

    71 bigblock nice pic, what kinda camer you using and what was your settings on? What was the total elasped time? Love to get my D60 to do that (which it should) just what to shorten the learning curve  :grinyes:

    First of all, excellent photos this year guys.  Its going to be tough to choose.   :faint:

    Thanks lunch.  It was my cousin's camera.  Its a Canon EOS 5D.  I'm not sure what the settings were on.  Total elapsed time was a few minutes under an hour.  I wanted to go more, but the battery died, lol.  It took a lot of work to get it just right.  We tried like 4 or 5 different nights till we got it right.  The big dipper is actually in there, lol.  That small picture really doesnt do it justice, go here for full resolution:

    We used a remote flash to flash the car so it would show up.  The headlights werent overexposed because I stood next to the car with them on, he started the camera, and after 3 seconds I shut them off and walked away.  Since its such a slow exposure and I dont give off enough light, I dont show up on the picture.  I show up on this one though, we had a little fun with exposure!   :smilielol:
