bet you MD has worse taxes in Illinois. the second MD state slogan is "If you can think it, we can tax it"

$3.75 this afternoon.  Its 10-15 cents less across the county line.  Probably somewhere between 25 and 35 cents more down in the chi-pit.  Mayor Daley must get his cut.

We're only at $3.60/G in Central Ca. (cheap for us). Must not be any EPA gas/price mixing policy going on right now. :sly:

Make sure to do your last big fillup the night before the elections everyone.

I love to listen to people who say that oil is going to continue upward forever.  They're the same people who said that housing prices would continue upward forever.  Right before this site was hacked, I made a post that said that oil was on a bubble and would settle back into the range of $95-100/barrel.  It's creeping up toward $90 as I write this, but it's even lower than I thought it would be.

Heard that one too....opec is going to cut back on supply so they can raise the price of oil, they're waiting until november to have an emergency meeting to figure out how they can screw over the whole world.  :banghead:

$2.85 here last evening, but that dosen't compenste for my losses the last few months in the stocks etc. The higher gas prices were a "cheaper" hit.  :villagers:

It's the same here yesterday. It doesn't hurt so much to fill the truck now.
