I just wished home heating oil would go down. According to the US Energy Information Administration the
RETAIL cost of home heating only went down 12.3 cents from the same time period last year, however, the
WHOLESALE cost of home heating oil declined 48.5 cents compared to the same time period last year!! What's that tell ya??? It ain't OPEC raping the consumer (well, they are, but not so much in this case). It's the local oil company selling it to the consumer and not passing the decline in wholesale cost on to the consumer!!
Makes ya want to put a foot up someone's keester!!! I need to start burning wood again!!
