the rear of the car has always sat low , if it was not for the headers I could lower the front end so it sits more level , I will get a spring made to add to the leafs to raise the car up so it sits level at least .
You are correct Slotts never any time to work on the Chall & in the winter it is too cold to work on it

What is it about that? My Dad was a ferrier and our horses always needed a horseshoe or two. When I was a carpenter my boss' house was in the middle of a 5 year renovation.

Anyway, good to see you are enjoying your car. Did the dealer try to get you to trade it in on a new one?

very cool. are you hauling some extra dead bodies in the trunk or what.  :stirpot:

Maybe there's Hemi block hiding in there?  :dunno:

Thanks for all the compliments  , I have owned this car since spring 80 but I have never driven it much , I believe it has 42,000 original miles on it .

Not sure what to say about the new owners , they treated me OK while I was there & still honored my account , but no one there seems to be into cars that I met , seems to me like they are just into making $$ , they didn`t even make any effort to sell me the Black R/T is was parked beside , I just about had to beg someone to answer a few ??s about the new Chall  :clueless:

You are welcome for the help Brad

No Hemi blocks in there ,  I had a few spare parts in the trunk but nothing to plant the ass like that , it has always sat that way & I hate it!

I raced it at sea level 20 years ago & all it could do was 14.97 @ 88 MPH so it is gutless compared to all the engine I have built for my customers
