    Wood Pistol Grip

    Not a technical question, but does someone know a good vendor that sells nice real wood pistol grip handles?  Not  unusual wood or anything, just quality walnut (or whatever is the standard wood).  Thanks.

    I really like the one on my car...its one of the nicer ones I seen in my opinion. I bought the Car from Hemi71 so he may chime in and let you know where he bought it.    :2thumbs:

    Who is the vender I saw @ Carlisle ,  :banghead: , he had them in Carbon fiber , as well as 4+ different types of wood

    Yup I have the gunslinger in mine for the auto, they have all sorts of wood species and nice people too.(from my experience)

     Just my opinion but I like the finer wood grain, like an old pistol grip. Curious why the gunslinger preferrs not to use a finish on the wood? It would seem the grip darkens with use. Oiled finish leaves residue so that's not really an option either IMO. :dunno:

      Good question.   :grinyes:

    I bought my wooden handle from them last year at Carlisle. It was nice I could actually pick which grain I liked best out of all they had. The explanation for not finishing them was the oil from your hands will eventually make it shine.   :dunno:
