no really sure what it will do in the 1/4 , I raced it on the road course instead , I was around 145 MPH in the 1/2 mile though , I had a Porsche 911 Turbo glued to my rear & drifted out of the last corner onto the straightaway ,  soo as I got traction I moved to the right to let the Porsche go by & Pinned the throttle , Oddly over 1/4 mile later no Porsche , he was in my blind spot still  :roflsmiley: , we continued down the straight which is the length of the 1/4 mile + the entire shutdown so approx 5/8 of a mile later I can just see the front wheel of the Porsche in my periferal vison & I galnced down at the speedo reading over 140 MPh , this is where the battle was lost , I Had to brake first & the Porsche disappeared into the turn  :pullinghair:
I should have Talked to the Porsche driver , it would have been interesting for sure & I bet he though he had more top end ultimatly , but no , the Porsche should top out in the 185 range & the Charger will go over 200 easily   It was a fun day  :2thumbs:

I am sure I posted some pix of the Charger about 2 months ago after I raced it , when I was asking about brake upgrades for it  :clueless:
Thanks for the compliments on it , it is great to drive , needs bigger T bars & brakes if I am going to continue to race it , it has amazing top end speed & feels totally stable , it get stupid fuel milage & makes a great highway car  :2thumbs:
Seriously looking at selling it though  :dunno:
got the rad replaced today , I will pick up a new fan on the weekend ... just $$ right  :burnout:

I have never been big on that body style, but your car has changed my opinion.  I love the color setup you have on it.  Also a great story.   :2thumbs:

Most people have the same opinion about the 71-72 Chargers & RR which is too bad because the aerodynamics & handling of the 71-72 are better than the 68-70 by a lot , personally I love the later Chargers & Runners but the value is lower on them
It does look evil set up they way it is
 Thanks for the compliments
