My dilema today was the spring perch hole was .670 in diameter and the pin on the caltrac system is .500 ... even though the rearend is indexed off the shock plate also I couldnt leave it loose on the spring center pin.... what was nice about the caltracs is the pin unscrews and I placed a 5/16th lock washer under the head of the centering bolt and it was a perfect fit for the hole diameter (.670) on the spring perch

I also boxed in the spring perches for extra strength as well as studs for the caps....

Got a little further today and all is buttoned up....  :working: gotta get the car down on its suspension and set the preload as well as hope all my measurements worked out and get the 325/50/15's in there as well as the 315/60/15's in a stock wheel housing :burnout:

I installed 1" relo kit as well and all fit perfect... I had the dana cut to 54 5/8 which is about 1/2 narrower that the 66-67 b body specs to brings the wheels a little in more to the frame... perches are 44" center to center.... Tire fitment will be next and measure for an aftermarket driveshaft also... I really like the UBolt setup on the yoke as opposed to the stock strap style setup  :working:

Here is some updated :picture: I will have to touch the paint up some as I scratched her up here and there  :eek7:
