70 Challenger ribbed bezels, gauges and light bar
« on: October 23, 2008 - 07:18:33 PM »
Here are all of the parts I had gathered for a 70 Challenger project I used to have. The only part that is not correct is the empty gauge pod at the end.The needles are still bright orange, the switch pod still has the factory sticker and the temp bezel lettering and silver trim look great.Has two imperfections in the main bezel-1st is at 6 0'clock on the speedo opening 2nd is on the empty gauge opening at 6-7 o'clock. All mounting tabs are intact,as is the harness and blue lenses on the light bar.I am in CT.06018 and welcome pick up in person or will ship.$150+ shipping

Doug... :smilielol:  I know I ask for the unusal stuff. But would you happen to have all of the original screws that hold the 70 wheel lip molding on?  I know I can go with new, but you know me. I really like original stuff. I am the type that thinks repo date coded glass is not right. It cant be date coded if made in 2008   I want 1970's screw, screw the rest

Hey Al
I have 3 or 4 original screws,if your not in a rush I can search my bolt buckets and see if I have anymore.I will try and see on Saturday, only because I will have to pull the fastback out to access that stuff.A friend of mine found that the bolt and screw rack at the local hardware store has them in stainless.

Hey Al
Keep an Eye out for a right frt.moulding,I have collected up the 3 others but that one has been elusive. It's not a huge priority because I probably will be setting that 71 back for a while(economy is killing me)plus I have my Heart set on doing some work on my 69 fastback.I need to get some of these parts outta here.
