Pic is hard to make out, but it's the best I can do with that camera.

Thanks so much for the info! That really helps me see what is going on here. I havn't heard back from Legendary but that is not uncommon.  :faint:

There are two grades of aftermarket fuzzies for the E bodies. The less expensive ones go on with pop-rivets and the high dollar ones snap on like the originals did.
Any idea who carries the snap on ones?  I waited for an hour on hold with YO today, but got nowhere.

Sounds like the ones I ordered from Year One back in the '80s (when their catalog was still a stapled sheaf of papers).  Sent them back as incorrect, they sent me a set of Chevelle ones, sent those back, and asked to be contacted if they ever got the right ones in.  Its been > 20 years, never heard back ; ).

My Nevada door and quarter panels are chalky toast anyway; I have a minty replacement for one door, but will pay the price for the good fuzzies when I can afford to replace the dead parts.

They are the weatherstrips at the top of your door and door panel that the door  glass slides up and down between.  They seal the the outside of the door glass to keep water and debris out of the door and away from its internal mechanisms, and air infiltration (inside) and act as an additional anti-rattle for the glass.  Fuzzies are also installed on the inside quarter trim panel and the corresponding body panel for the rear quarter glass.

They generally have a 'felt-like' or fuzzy interior surface where the glass rides against them, though the outer fuzzy top lip is rubber to seal properly.  In my car they also have the thin chrome strip that sets off the top of the door panel and the outer door skin right against the door glass.

I had the same problem.  The inner fuzzy still doesn't fit right at the ends and I had to drill holes.  I remember seeing one vendor offer std and premium fuzzies so perhaps the better ones fit right?  I still have to deal with this problem too.

Sorry to drag out an old one, but this got off track before.

I now have the ones that are supposed to snap on, but they're too narrow.  If I slnap them on, they snap back off.  I got one of the rears to slide on, but the rest are really giving me fits.

Any suggestions?  I got mine from R/T Specialties.

Hey Brooks, quick question for you, what is the package part number and the manufacture of them? Did they come in a package or just a box. There are some bad sets out there being sold but I am not saying Tom at R/T sells them, just there are bad sets out there.
