Dealer trying to track down a car. Needing help

We were going through an old box and found a build sheet for a 70 hemi cuda. Does anybody know a good place to try and track the owner down? We tried through our tag office but the car isn't in Georgia anymore. We are hoping the car isn't wrecked or been crushed. Any help would really be appreciated.

One of the registries is the best place.  Barry Washington (Alaskan T/A) runs the T/A registry and the Hamtramck Historical site.  I know he would like a scan of the sheet.  He keeps track of a bunch of those documents and if the owner can present evidence of possession (a rubbing of the VIN, for example), he'll forward any documentation for free.

I tried to contact him, Ill try and get a scan of the build sheet. I just want to know if the car is still alive. Something that beautiful needs to be on the roads.

Hey guys, just so everyone knows.....

It takes more than a rubbing of a VIN tag for anyone to claim a broadcast sheet from me. I need to see a title in their name, body numbers, VIN tag photo, photos of the car. I need to know the car still exists and is legal before I send one out.

I recieved a broadcast sheet for a Hemi Challenger a few years ago, 14 people tried to claim it the same week it was listed on the website. 

I asked for proof of ownership from all of them, no one was able to provide it. How strange. The crooks in the hobby are attracted to the "money cars".

That said, mapleredta , if you can email a scan of it to me at (sixpak340@att.net) I can check & see if I know who owns the car for you.
