bedliner on undercarriage

does anyone have good pictures of truck bedliner applied to the undercarriage? all the threads i have seen on here that pertain to this subject are so old the pictures dont come up (or atleast i think that is the problem).  i am deciding with way to go for coating bottom side of cuda and any input (including product brands)would be appreciated. thanks

Ditto, I tested a Duplicolor spray can bedliner today on another car and it came out way to smooth for me. I am actually looking for a rougher bedliner type material we can spray at home easily (I have a lift). I really don't want to try and drag the car to a professional bedliner place and try to get them to do the underside as I don't want to strip the car down enough to put on a rosisserie so they can get to the underside. I have a few patch panels I want to use the undercoating to help hide and I don't want to have to spend too much time on the bottom side of a driver to make it look to pretty.

At Rad Rides by Troy I think they use truck bedliner on the underside of all of their cars. You may want to check their website and stuff.

I know some of the guys have tried the Lizard skin ceramic material. Not sure if it is as flexible as some of the bed liner stuff. I too have used the duplicolor stuff. It sprays pretty easy when thinned down, and it is cheap. But i know it doesn't retain its shine for very long. Used some expensive stuff i got from an an auto paint supply store, 4x times as much per gallon as the duplicolor stuff. It sprayed nicely, but is a litttle softer. haven't tried them on the car underside yet, but have used them around the farm. I will be doing my challenger underside eventually, just haven't got there yet.

One do-it-yourself option is Upol's Raptor bedliner.  The texture can be slightly adjusted by the air pressure that you use for spraying.  Here's some good pics of the Raptor bedline (not my car).

I know some of the other do it yourself liners have the "no-slip" additive in there which gives them quite a bit of texture as well.

I missed part of it, but what did they use on Chop Cut Rebuild for the Goodmark Cuda?  I saw them spraying it, and it looked pretty thick.

Thanks for your input. has anyone tried the rolled on stuff. i have heard that the spray on stuff makes an ungodly mess. and by the way how does everyone feel about the possible merger between genital motors and ma mopar

Body Shutz by 3M is good stuff, texture roughness/smoothness can be easily adjusted by adjusting pressure and distance from the Shutz gun to the surface, I belive it's still sold under $20 per quart and around $20-25 for the gun

  Used it on NIKKI'S downside seeing that I DO DRIVE HER.  No worries about chipped paint uinderneath

I've used it for years now.  Great stuff.  I have used both Duplicolor and a body shop brand.  The fact that it hoses clean is great.  Way better than factory undercoating if you want to keep your car's underside looking nice.

That rubbery stuff can trap moisture underneath, and if you ever get a fuel leak, say your stock Holley vac. secondary carb, the one with the fuel balance tube that uses O-rings which fail due to rot, and there is a spark from old wires, you've got a flaming ball of tar that can't be put out. Even dry Rustolium enamel will catch fire. I think the factory under coating was loaded with asbestos fiber, but it was limited to the wheel wells, you can check it out by seeing if it burns.,,, Safety first, which keeps me from wanting a fiberglass hood that can't be put out either.
