The SRT's are orange. My S/E is Tor-red. This is available in the R/T model too. It is red with a touch of orange, depending on the light.

The 2009 Tor-Red is MUCH closer to red than orange.

Yes, Chrysler has made things very confusing with the names of the new colors.  It started in 2006 with the Go-Mango Daytona.  That color is a burnt orange metallic that looks nothing like the original Go-Mango/Vitamin-C.  Then they came out with a Tor-Red Daytona, which looks more like Rallye Red than it does the original Tor-Red/Hemi Orange.  That red then became available on any Charger/Charger RT/Chargers SRT, and is now available on the Challenger.  Now we have Hemi Orange Daytonas and Challengers, and supposedly this year's Super Bee.  That color does look like the original Hemi Orange.

That orange looks more like Omaha Orange to me.

Here's a picture of a 2008 Hemi Orange next to mine, which is painted off the original Chrysler paint code.  The lighting is not the best, but the 2008 is a bit darker

:iagree:  Yep, when they came out with that "Go Mango", that's what I thought too, looks like burnt orange....

What about the blue?  :clueless:

Is the current blue claimed to be B-5?  It looks a little darker than the B-5 that is from the 70's?  Reminds me of the B-7 paint.  :dunno:

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

The photo makes it look quite dark (and that's a Challenger), but the Chargers I've seen in daylight look quite a bit lighter.  Is the "Hemi Orange" on the Charger Daytona the same as the Challenger orange?
